You’ll improve your core strength, enhance flexibility, and engage in full-body conditioning. Utilizing the bike path in Harbor Beach, experience different exercises throughout the route. There will be a running and walking exercise that can be modified to each individual’s capability. Exercises include body weight resistance, inclines, bench, and band exercises.

Experience the transformative power of the Pilates Reformer in this dynamic and invigorating session. Designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness, Diane’s Reformer sessions utilize a specialized piece of equipment that provides resistance and support, ensuring a full-body workout tailored to your fitness level.

Personal Training with Stefeni

60 Minutes | $50

One-hour sessions are designed to fit each client’s individual needs based on personal strengths, weaknesses, and goals. Sessions may consist of cardiovascular, endurance, and strength training, along with warm-up and cool-down stretching. Exercises are functionally based, and chosen specifically to help the client maintain movement, stability, and strength and help meet their individual goals.

60 Minutes | $40

Nutrition Consultation with Stefeni

60 Minutes | $50

Receive guidance on calorie intake to help meet weight or wellness goals, macronutrient food tracking, how to read nutrition labels on food, as well as tips for healthy grocery shopping. One-hour nutrition consultations with Stefeni are available in the Wellness Center and on Zoom.
