Classes
We offer fitness classes that provide a variety of physical and mental health benefits, including cardiovascular health, endurance training, stress relief, and strength-building to name a few. By surrounding yourself with others working towards similar goals, group fitness classes can make exercising easier.
January - March 2025
This class works your aerobic fitness and strength while burning calories. Class begins with a warm-up and then you proceed through timed stations throughout the wellness center with various workouts for legs, glutes, arms, and core using a variation of equipment, TRX Straps, and foundation exercises.
Coming February 2025!
This higher-intensity workout is structured for individuals with a higher endurance to exercise or have some exercise experience. Each week is a different type of workout, done at your own pace, but encouraged to complete it as quickly as possible. This is a great class for those looking for a challenge and want to exercise with others. Click read more for class times and more information.
January 2025
Come join this fun way to include cardio in a workout with a variation of movements! Dance along to a choreographed workout while utilizing drumsticks, a 5-gallon bucket, and an exercise ball. This workout can be modified for anyone and can even be done sitting down. Click read more for class times and more information.
February 2025

I’ve been working out with Emily since she started group workouts in 2019. The workouts are a great way to relieve stress after a workday. All of her clients are so encouraging and supportive.
