Hi, I’m Stefeni Schelke and I have been a certified personal trainer since July 2014 and a certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist since September 2017. I also have a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise & Health Science from Alma College in Alma, Michigan. I particularly take an interest in individual, one-on-one personal training because I feel that every person has their own goals to achieve better health.
My journey to become a personal trainer was very purpose-driven! In January 2014, I experienced a very heartbreaking situation in which a close family friend passed away very tragically and unexpectedly. To put it simply, this situation completely changed my life! I soon realized how fragile life is and how quickly it can be taken away. This inspired me to start living out my purpose and start helping people get healthier! I became certified through the American Council on Exercise and began my own business and have been loving it ever since! Combining this with my passion for health and fitness has led me to where I am today!

Emily Pawlowski
Individual Personal Training & Group Classes
Hi, my name is Emily Pawlowski, and I am the owner of Em-Powered Personal Training, LLC. I became a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council of Exercise (ACE) in 2019 after graduating from Oakland University with a Bachelor’s degree in Health/Exercise Science.
Since then, I have been able to use my passion for helping others in a unique way through both diet and exercise to change the way they look and feel! I am here to help you on the journey to becoming your best self and meeting your fitness goals!
Everyone has different goals, whether it be weight loss, toning/building muscle, or managing joint pain, and I am here to teach you through modified programs to meet your personal needs. I teach group classes that include circuit training and TRX, as well as offer individual training programs.
