I’ve been working out with Emily since she started group workouts in 2019. The workouts are a great way to relieve stress after a workday. All of her clients are so encouraging and supportive. I’ve enjoyed the classes so much that I started doing personal training with her about a year ago! She has been helping me reach my goal of getting stronger and becoming more fit. She has pushed me past my limits and helped me step out of my comfort zone to be better physically.
