Kickstart Your 2025 Fitness Journey: Join the Em-Powered Fit Challenge!
Are you ready to make your 2025 resolution a reality? Whether your goal is to lose weight, reduce body fat, tone up, or simply feel better overall, the Em-Powered Fit Challenge is here to help you achieve it! Starting January 2, 2025, join us at Renew Wellness Center in Harbor Beach for a transformative fitness experience.
Led by certified personal trainer, Emily (Pawlowski) Roggenbuck of Em-Powered Personal Training, this challenge will include three group exercise classes per week, and you can attend any or all of them. The best part? At the start of the challenge, you’ll have the option to track your progress with a weight check, measurements, and body fat percentage assessment.
The Challenge:
Who’s in? The individual who loses the most weight and reduces the highest percentage of body fat will win the grand prize!
Nutrition Tracking: Learn to track your nutrition with a helpful app—because we all know diet plays a huge role in achieving your goals!

Hi, my name is Emily Pawlowski, and I am the owner of Em-Powered Personal Training, LLC. I became a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council of Exercise (ACE) in 2019 after graduating from Oakland University with a Bachelor’s degree in Health/Exercise Science.
Since then I have been able to use my passion for helping others in a unique way through both diet and exercise to change the way they look and feel! I am here to help you on the journey to becoming your best self and meeting your fitness goals! Everyone has different goals, whether it be weight loss, toning/building muscle, or managing joint pain, and I am here to teach you through modified programs that help you meet your personal needs.
I teach group classes that include circuit training and TRX, as well as offer individual training programs. If you’re ready to make a lifestyle change, don’t hesitate to reach out to me. Let’s get better together!
