Workout of the Week

This higher-intensity workout is structured for individuals with a higher endurance to exercise or have some exercise experience. Each week is a different type of workout, done at your own pace. However, it will be timed to encourage you to push hard and finish in the fastest time possible!

Exercises vary per week – Tabata, Pyramids, Ladders, Cross-Fit, EMOMs, TRX, and many others! This is a great class for those looking for a challenge and want to exercise with others.

  • Mondays at 5:30 pm

  • 45 minute class

  • $10 drop-in rate
