Circuit Training

This class works your aerobic fitness and strength while burning calories. Class begins with a warm-up and then you proceed through timed stations throughout the wellness center with various workouts for legs, glutes, arms, and core using a variation of equipment, TRX Straps, and foundation exercises.

This higher-intensity workout is structured for individuals with a higher endurance to exercise or have some exercise experience. Each week is a different type of workout, done at your own pace, but encouraged to complete it as quickly as possible. Cardio Drumming
January 2025
Come join this fun way to include cardio in a workout with a variation of movements! Dance along to a choreographed workout while utilizing drumsticks, a 5-gallon bucket, and an exercise ball. This workout can be modified for anyone and can even be done sitting down. Click read more for class times and more information.
